The little flower garden beside our garage ❤️

Good morning Reader

When I was little, we had a small flower garden tucked beside our garage, and in that garden grew the most beautiful deep red chrysanthemums.

Oh, how I loved those mums! ❤️

One day, my mom told me I could pick as many flowers from that plant as I wanted, as long as I helped take care of the garden.

I was absolutely thrilled!

Every year, that chrysanthemum bush came back bigger and more beautiful than the year before. And every fall, I would pick armfuls of those gorgeous red flowers.

I'd bury my nose in them to smell that wonderful, earthy chrysanthemum scent, arrange them in little vases, and share them with anyone who would take a bouquet.

I just couldn't get enough of them.

Even now, all these years later, I can close my eyes and almost smell those flowers again. I can picture myself standing beside that little garage, picking mums on a crisp autumn day.

Those very flowers were the inspiration for the deep red mums in my Chrysanthemum Collection. And whenever I craft with these pages, I swear I'm transported right back to that little garden.

Isn't it funny how flowers can hold such wonderful memories?

Do you have a favorite memory of chrysanthemums, or another flower you loved growing up? I'd love to hear about it! Just hit reply and tell me. 💕

I've always loved chrysanthemums. They're such beautiful, cheerful fall flowers, and there's something especially wonderful about watching them return year after year.

And that's exactly the feeling I wanted to capture in my Chrysanthemum Printable Collection.

It's a gorgeous way to bring a little autumn beauty into your junk journals, scrapbooks, and paper crafts, without all the traditional pumpkins and fall leaves!

🌸 The 36-Page Chrysanthemum Kit is the heart of the collection, filled with beautiful printable patterned papers, solid papers, coordinating ephemera, and embellishments. And I've tucked in a little something extra—3 bonus pages of matching printable tuck tags and pockets to make your autumn junk journal projects even more fun!
